*(you receive up to 25 minutes of studio taping time, and 5 minutes is reserved for built-in editing time in order to get all our tapes out within an hour for everyone, on a 60 minute session you receive up to 55 minutes of studio taping time and 5 minutes is reserved for built-in editing). NO RUSH FEES!

COACHING/FEEDBACK/ADVICE:

ADD-ON FEEDBACK, COACHING, ADVICE to your session and we can help you with coaching and feedback including finding missed moments, advice on how to play the scene, eye line enhancements and using the camera to your advantage and more.
-Our readers/coaches provided are actors too and have experience teaching actors! You must use our readers! We do not allow outside readers or coaches! Our readers have thousands of hours experience reading scenes and know how to pace your scene and to keep the focus on YOU! We cannot accommodate specific reader gender requests.
COACHING FOR IN-PERSON AUDITIONS:
Just book the 30 minute session or 60 minute session and add coaching, put in the notes that this is for an in-person audition. We charge the same price as we would for a self tape with coaching, but you get more attention and time on your scene work as we won’t be taping. This is a great option if you just want someone to run lines with as well before you go in.
TURNAROUND TIME-1 Hr turnaround, sometimes less! NO RUSH FEES with us!
Casting is wanting tapes faster and faster, and we’ve designed this for you! We will try our best to get your tape out within an hour from the finish time of your appointment, FOR FREE!
HOW DO WE HAVE LOW PRICES?
We’re actors, and we know that actors are getting more and more self tape requests and the costs are burdensome. We made our prices so low that it keeps you from wanting to do it yourself, or going somewhere else! Why put up with the hassle of finding readers, setting up lights, editing? We do it for you! You can’t get the quality that we have at home or at most other studios! We are the best!
PAYMENTS: All appointments are taken through the website only. Sorry as much as we like connecting with people, due to limited staff time, we cannot take appointments by telephone or email. You must have a valid credit card to book, please bring your card with you as we charge your card at the end of your session, and must have the physical card to swipe as this saves us on card processing fees by swiping in-person, keeping our costs lower for you.
GRATUITY/TIP: : We greatly appreciate it, and our staff and low prices survive on your
generosity! Please tip our staff! Our prices are designed with this in mind. Our staff
make a living from your tips. Small tips for staff are greatly appreciated and encouraged.
We are not some big corporation, we are a small mom and pop operation and actors too
who are trying our best to make a living just like you!
MULTIPLE AUDITIONS and EXTRA TAKES:
-To maintain our low prices & quick turnaround time, all sessions are for one audition taping only! If you have more than one project/audition/role you must purchase a separate session(please make a complete separate transaction/reservation and fill out a separate intake form for each audition). The only exception to this is if you have an additional role/audition less than 1 page total. You may do this in the same session time as long as time permits, but it will be charged as an extra take file sent. READ OUR FAQ if you have multiple roles to be filmed for the same audition requested by casting!
-Extra takes, take us extra editing time. In order to provide you rock bottom prices for the quality we provide and get our tapes out fast, we do charge $5 for each extra take we send of a scene even if it’s requested by casting or your agent/manager(If this is a one page role or a small scene we may be lenient with the extra take charge). If you want plenty of time to watch and choose your best take out of what was shot, we suggest you book the hour session. We will help you choose the best take to send, we have seen literally thousands of auditions and know what works and what doesn’t!
RESIZING: We send all of our files in a small size to make it easy for casting to download.
DELIVERY: All files are sent through Dropbox to the email addresses you provide us(no account is needed, everyone you send to can preview or download from the private link we send). Your resized file is available to download for up to 14 days.
DELIVERY EXTRAS: Uploaded to ActorsAccess/ EcoCast or a specific location that casting has provided you? Just $5, and be sure you specify this on our intake form and leave us your username and password to access your account or the clickable link that casting has provided you. If files are delivered in any way other than the Dropbox link we provide or wetransfer if requested(for example you need a vimeo link or youtube link created by us) we charge an additional $5.
LATE ARRIVAL and CANCELLATIONS:
Because of low prices and to keep on schedule, there is no grace period. Please, you must treat this like you would an audition and arrive on time(LA always has traffic, allow for it and arrive a few minutes early please). If you do arrive late we cannot extend your session time to make up for lost time(remember all appointments have 5 minutes of built-in editing, we cannot use the editing time for you to tape in). We reserve the right to cancel and charge full payment on any appointment that arrives more than 10 minutes late for a 30 min session or we feel does not have adequate time to complete a quality taping. It’s very important that you arrive on time.
–Reschedules and Cancellations: We understand things happen, but with discounted prices, we can only accept cancellations, time changes or rescheduling up to 6 hours before your scheduled appointment. You must use the “Change/Cancel” link in your booking confirmation email sent to you when you booked. Due to limited staff hours we DO NOT accept emailed or phoned cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations/Reschedules made less than 6 hours prior to the appointment will be charged the full session fee. Sorry, absolutely no exceptions.
MINORS:
All Ages are welcome at our Self Tape, but anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian accompany them. We will not work with anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian present with them at their taping. Unlike many other Self Tape Studios, all of our staff working with minors have CPS PERMITS(FBI and DOJ background checks) so that we can help you feel more secure when your minor comes to our Self Tape Facility.

VOICE OVER Auditions:
Yes you can record that here the same as we record our video auditions, except your file will be sent as an .mp3 and recorded on a shotgun microphone.
Our service is open 7 Days a week on variable schedule, 9 am to 6:30 pm Mon-FRI, and Sat & Sun 10 am to 6:30 pm. Limited evening hours. All available times are listed on the scheduler above, if it’s not listed there we are not available or full for the day.
